Calling all Foodies! Cork on a Fork Festival, a city-wide celebration of Cork’s food and ever evolving dining scene is here! From August 16th-20th 2023, feast on the finest local food, take part in unique culinary experiences, discover the incredible range of local producers in our region, and enjoy the buzz of the city’s vibrant new outdoor dining scene with food trails, tasting masterclasses, cooking demos, food talks, family fun, exciting night-time events, and more!

 

It’s the perfect opportunity for locals and visitors alike to feast on the finest local food, take part in unique culinary experiences, discover the incredible range of local producers in the region, and enjoy the buzz of the city’s vibrant new outdoor dining and nightlife scene with food trails, tasting masterclasses, cooking demos, food talks, family fun, exciting night-time events, and more!

Tickle your tastebuds with some great culinary experiences over the week, such as a Tacos & Tequila at Tequila Jacks, an Afternoon Tea at The Metropole Hotel in collaboration with Maharani Gin, A Beara Brunch at Gallagher’s in collaboration with Beara Gin, and Irish Whiskey and Pastry Tasting Experience at The Shelbourne Bar.

 

Cork on a Fork Festival also includes a number of live demonstrations such as an English Market cooking demo with renowned Cork Chef Orla McAndrew, Foxglove Cocktail Workshop, and a free Authentic Italian Pizza Making & Tasting Masterclass with Oak Fire Pizza!
